Merge Panda — Privacy Policy

Merge Panda ("the app") is a casual puzzle game published by Chinese Powered ("we", "us"). This policy explains what data the app handles and by whom. The short version: we run no servers and hold no account data. The only data collection comes from the advertising service described below, and you control the personalized part.

Data stored on your device only

Your game progress — scores, coins, streaks, missions, unlocked cosmetics, and settings — is saved in the app's local storage on your device. We never see it; it is not uploaded anywhere by us. Deleting the app deletes this data. (It may be included in your phone's own device backups, which follow your Apple/Google backup settings.) If you played the original Panda Games on the same device, the app reads that old local save once to grant your founder rewards; nothing is transmitted.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The app shows ads served by Google AdMob: optional rewarded videos (to rescue a run or double coins — always started by you) and occasional interstitials between games. When an ad is requested, Google's SDK may collect device information such as advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from it, and ad-interaction data, used for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention.

• Consent: where required (EEA/UK), a consent form is shown before any ad, and you can revisit your choice anytime via "Ad privacy options" in Settings. On iOS, the App Tracking Transparency prompt controls whether ads may use your device's advertising identifier.
• Without consent, ads are served non-personalized.
• Content rating: ad content is capped at a family-appropriate rating.

Notifications

If you turn on the daily reminder, the app schedules one local notification per day on your device. No push service is involved and nothing leaves your phone. Turn it off anytime in Settings or in your system notification settings.

Children

The app has no chat, no accounts, no user-generated content, and no purchases. Ads are rated for general audiences and, where consent applies, default to non-personalized. The app is not directed specifically at children under 13.

What we do NOT do

• No accounts, sign-ups, or passwords.
• No analytics SDKs beyond the advertising SDK above.
• No selling of personal data.
• No access to contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or precise location.

Your choices

• Reset your ad identifier or limit ad tracking in iOS/Android system settings.
• Revisit the ad-consent form via Settings → "Ad privacy options" (where shown).
• Delete the app to delete all locally stored game data.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version is posted at this address with an updated effective date.
